Treatments that require patch tests will under no circumstance be carried out if a patch test has not been done at least 24 hours prior to treatment.
Fuzz Free -
Entitles you to unlimited waxing for any area including intimate with the relevant qualified therapist.
Sleepy Head -
Entitles you to unlimited Swedish massage. Any other form of massage will incur a £10 upgrade charge paid at the time of receiving the appointment.
Nail Addict -
Entitles you to unlimited gel application over the natural nail only. (1 nail enhancement for a broken nail is included in a full application). This includes gel application of the toes.
Upgrade to unlimited gel extensions/Infills and fixes will be £20 extra per month.
Basic nail art is included in the membership. It must be booked in separately, if we do not have enough time booked out in our diary we can refuse the right to nail art.
Bronzed Beauty -
Entitles you to unlimited spray tans. The client is expected to maintain proper prep and aftercare for each tan.
Glow Getter -
Entitles you to one facial per month from our specified list of facials. This facials are: Express Facial, Algimud Facial, AntiOxidant Anti-ageing Facial, O2 Lift Facial, Microdermabrasion, Luxury Microdermabrasion, Icon Ultralift, Brow Lift, Dermalux LED Facial, Probiotic Purifying Facial, Firming Transformation facial,, Firming Transformation Neck Lift, Ormedic Lift, Signature Lift, Acne Lift, Lightening Lift, and Dermaplane.
Membership is dependent on you maintaining payments of your monthly Standing Order. If any monthly payment is not received on the due date for payment, then your membership will (except in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion) be automatically suspended until all due payments have been brought up to date.
We reserve the right to restrict a member’s ability to pre-book treatments if the member persistently fails to attend booked appointments. Members must keep their personal details up to date at all times. Any changes should be made with a member of staff.
Shergold Spa reserves the right to amend this Memberships at any time. Should you be unhappy with the amendments, you are free to cancel without giving notice.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STANDING ORDER MEMBERSHIPS
Your membership starts from the 1st of the following month. We do not accept payments half way through the month and no memberships will start until a standing order has been set up and received. You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the type of membership chosen.
The standing order payment amount is due from you to us paid on the 1st standing order payment date and then every month thereafter. You are obligated to make every standing order payment regardless of non-attendance. You agree to advise us promptly of any change to the Member’s details provided.
If you fail to pay any amount due under this agreement for a period of more than thirty days, then we may pass the debt to a third party company for collection. The reasonable and direct costs incurred in employing the third party company will be borne by you including costs in tracing you if you have changed your address without telling us.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
This agreement can be cancelled if we are in breach of contract including if we do not provide facilities or services you may reasonably expect and we have fallen well below that standard.
We require one month’s written notice in advance of termination of membership. This can be provided by email or letter to Shergold Spa.
Cancellation will commence from the last day of the next full month from when written notice is received.
You agree to comply with the Rules of Membership which relate to opening hours, use of facilities and your conduct. We may make reasonable changes to these Rules at any time provided we give you reasonable advance notice of the change.
If we take no action or let you off any breach of this agreement or give you extra time to pay or comply, it will not stop us enforcing the terms of this agreement strictly at a future date.
We may assign the benefit of this agreement and our rights thereunder to a third party on notice to you. Your rights under this agreement will not be prejudiced. We will do our best to resolve any disputes over this agreement. If you wish to take court proceedings against us you must do so within the United Kingdom. Relevant UK law will apply.
If any part of this agreement is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other provisions shall continue to apply We may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notice to you if you are in breach of the Rules (i.e. stealing or other criminal activities within the facility). In this event you will not be liable to pay any further payments, provided such breach is not deemed by us to have occurred primarily in order to qualify you for a refund.
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more up to 15 minutes late will lose 15 minutes off of their original appointment time and those arriving 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and be rescheduled.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment you must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment is due. If the booking was made on the same day, we expect at least 3 hours notice of cancellation prior to your appointment.
Cancellations that break these rules will incur a non refundable 50% payment of your appointment.
In the case of missing your appointment where you fail to notify us, you will be required to pay 100% of your appointment. Repeat offenders risk being permanently excluded from the salon.
SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. if we are notified within the first 24 hours, we are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was any fault on our side, to offer you a refund.
For your comfort and safety, prior to your appointment your therapist will go through with you a thorough consultation. Please notify our therapists if you have any allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. Failure to do so may change the outcome and results of your treatment, We will not be held liable for any contra-actions due to us not being told about any ailments. If you experience any discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your therapist immediately.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Our salon staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Any property stored in lockers is stored at your own risk. We regret that we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may occur to items stored in lockers.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted.
